📦 Shipping Overview
At Fastwic, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly, securely, and efficiently so you can start enjoying your purchase as soon as possible.
We currently ship within Australia only. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and peak shipping periods.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your order’s progress in real time.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, please email us at info@fastwic.com.au.
🛑 Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.
- Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays or failed delivery.
❗ Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is missing:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment
- Include your order number and photos of the packaging/product (if damaged)
We’ll work with you to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
